Vitreum UI provides a collection of glass-border UI components and landing page blocks. This license governs your use of these components, whether obtained through free or paid access.

By downloading or using any Vitreum UI component, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

You may use purchased components and blocks in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects, including client work, SaaS products, marketing sites, and internal tools.

You may modify components to fit your project needs. Derivative works built on top of or incorporating Vitreum UI components may be used in commercial products.

Free components follow the same usage terms as paid components, unless otherwise specified on the component page.

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the source files themselves as a standalone product or as part of a component library or design system.

You may not share your account access or purchased components with others who have not independently purchased them.

You may not use Vitreum UI components to create a competing product, such as a component library, UI kit, or template marketplace.

You may not remove or alter any copyright, license, or attribution notices embedded in the source files.

All components, blocks, code, designs, and documentation are owned by Vitreum UI and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a usage license, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. The copyright remains with Vitreum UI at all times.

Your license covers the version of components you purchased at the time of purchase. Future updates and new versions are included at no additional cost for existing components.

We may release new components or features that require separate purchases. These will be clearly marked on the platform.

Your license is perpetual and remains valid as long as you comply with these terms. If you violate the license terms, we reserve the right to revoke your access without refund.

Upon termination, you must cease using and destroy all copies of purchased components in your possession.

Components are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Vitreum UI shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the components.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific component giving rise to the claim.
