By accessing or using Vitreum UI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the purchased components and blocks in unlimited personal and commercial projects.

You may not redistribute, resell, or share the source files themselves. Components and blocks may not be used to create competing products or derivative works intended for resale.

Free components offered on the platform may be used in both personal and commercial projects under the same license terms, provided attribution is not required unless specified.

All content, code, designs, and materials on Vitreum UI are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants usage rights to the components, but does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

User-generated content, such as showcase submissions, remains your property but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our platform and marketing materials.

You may not use Vitreum UI for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with other users' enjoyment of the platform.

Automated scraping, data mining, or bulk downloading of content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime without prior notice.

We are not liable for any loss of data or functionality resulting from scheduled or unscheduled downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitreum UI and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
